Is my personal information secure?
Yes. The personal data you send us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by us.
How do I know that you received my online order?
We will send you an email confirming your order along with your order confirmation number. Anytime you have any questions for us about your order, you would use this number as a reference. When we ship your order, which is almost always the same day we receive it, we will send you another email with your shipment tracking number.

You may return the item within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
How do I return a product?
Please call customer service at 877-3HANGER (877-342-6437) for a representative or email us firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label and form. Pack items securely, including return form. Place return label on the package, write down tracking number of return label for your records. Your package may be given to any FedEx Driver, taken to a FedEx store, dropped in a FedEx drop box or call 800-463-3339 to arrange for pickup.
Information for FedEx:
At the first prompt say "schedule a pick up" then at the next prompt press "0" to speak to a representative. Tell the representatives that you are using a return label. Provide your phone number and the tracking number located on the return label. Confirm your address for pick up. Confirm the number of boxes to be picked up. FedEx will provide a pick up date.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Businesses residing in Los Angeles will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their state on the full amount of the order, less any shipping costs.
How much is my shipping charge?
Shipping depends on the city and state that you live in along with the total weight of the items you order. If you order 20 or more items, we can send you your order on a palette, which will help reduce the shipping cost significantly.
