Refund policy

Company Policy:

Returns for unused and unopened products will be accepted within 14 days after delivery. 

• Defective or Damaged Goods: 

  If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please give us a call (310)679-8800 within 7 days  of receipt. We will assess the item and may provide a replacement at our discretion.
• Wrong Item Sent: 

  If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify us right away for a possible exchange or resolution.
